This department 56 piece is in great shape overall! It works but looks like the inside bulb (the blue portion of the lighting) will need to be replaced soon as it's quite dim as you can see in the photos. The outer lighting of the sign works and flashes great like it's wholesale supposed to. This piece has a small chip on the grass portion as you can see in the 2nd photo, it's smaller than a fingernail and very unnoticed. It comes with its adaptor but it does not have its box or styrofoam. I pack extremely carefully with bubble wrap etc. as is! Thank you!.
